We urge the authorities as soon as possible to come to the negotiations table and to find an option that will satisfy all parties, since we are talking about people's lives.
Despite the military operations in these regions, in any case, we have to co-exist with these territories until we find a political solution. A military solution is not possible, because there is a peaceful population living there who will suffer the most from a full renewal of military operations.
In addition, for today the issue of providing the Ukrainians with the social benefits, electricity and gas is not resolved yet.
We understand that if the central government gives up on the social benefits to residents of Donetsk and Lugansk, de facto it will be considered as if Kyiv recognized the loss of territory and leaves Ukrainian citizens living there to fend for themselves.
On the other hand, it is possible that the support of this region with social benefits, as well as with electricity and gas supply, will be a serious challenge for the Ukrainian budget.
Therefore, we emphasize that the Ukrainian side has to develop an economic cooperation mechanism with the Ukrainians living in the territories of the military operations.
